Troubleshooting and questions
Run analysis looks greyed out.
Press it, and it says what is missing: your AI key is not saved, the provider rejected it, or your watchlist is empty (chapter 4).
The analysis did not complete.
The Latest analysis card shows the reason in red. Often the AI key has no credit left, or the provider did not answer. Try again in a few minutes.
A key shows Invalid or Error.
Invalid means the service rejected the key: copy it again, whole, and check its kind (testnet keys for Paper). A trade-only Binance key shows Invalid before your first switch to Real money (chapter 7). Error means the service did not answer: press Test connections again later.
A coin will not add to my watchlist.
Type only the ticker, for example BTC. The coin must trade against USDT on Binance, and a full watchlist takes no more coins (chapter 4).
Every decision is a hold, or buys keep being blocked.
Read the gate's reason on the card. A confidence block means the market is unclear. A cap block means your budget is already at work (chapter 5).
I am in Paper but no trades appear.
Check that your testnet keys are saved and show Connected, and that an analysis ran. A hold or a blocked decision places no order (chapter 5).
I see a red "No stop-loss" box.
A position may have no stop-loss on Binance. Follow chapter 5.
Does it work with my exchange?
Automatic trading is on Binance only. In Manual mode you place every order by hand on any exchange (chapter 8). No Binance account? Paper needs only a free testnet key.
A waiting trade shows Expired.
A newer analysis or a newer trade replaced it. If you placed it after all, press I placed it (chapter 8).
My Telegram alerts stopped.
A password change or reset turns them off. Connect again on the Telegram alerts card in Settings (chapter 4).
Real money is locked.
The Trading mode card in Settings lists every safety check and what is missing (chapter 7).
The loss lock was reached.
All trading stopped and we emailed you. Nothing was sold: your positions and their orders stay on Binance. Read your decision journal first, then see chapter 7.
I forgot my password.
Open Forgot password? on the sign-in page. The reset link goes to your account's email address, and a reset signs out your other sessions.
How do I change my country or my email address?
Email support from your account's address. You can fix a typo in a new, unconfirmed address yourself, on the Account page (chapter 3).
