The short version

- We pay every month in USDT, once a sale is older than 14 days and was not withdrawn, from $50.
- Share honestly: say you’re an affiliate, never promise profits, no spam, and no ads that bid on our name.
1. Who we are
These affiliate terms are between you and Hypelust Offshore S.A.L., Commercial Register No. 332124, Maarad Street, Beirut 1300000, Lebanon (“we”, “us”), the company that sells ForecastsPro. You accept them when you apply on our affiliate page.
2. Joining
We read every application and decide whether to accept it. Once you’re approved, we email you your referral code, your link (https://forecastspro.com/?ref=YOURCODE) and a private page with your sales and commission. Keep that page’s link to yourself. The details you give us, including your payout wallet, must be accurate and yours; tell us if they change.
3. What you earn
You earn 50% of the amount the customer actually paid for each sale made through your link. A sale is yours when its checkout carries your code: the customer arrived through your link and paid on our checkout during that visit. We use no cookies, so a customer who comes back later without your link is not counted.
No commission is earned on your own purchases, on a sale the customer withdraws from or that we refund, or on a payment that is not confirmed.
4. When and how we pay
We pay once a month, in USDT on TRC20 or ERC20, to the wallet you gave us. A commission is paid once its sale is older than 14 days and was not withdrawn, and when what we owe you is at least $50; smaller amounts carry over to the next month. A payment sent to the wallet you gave us is final, so check the address carefully. If a sale is refunded after we paid its commission, we may deduct that commission from your next payout. You are responsible for any taxes on what you earn.
5. How you share your link
- Always say that you are an affiliate and earn a commission, wherever you share your link.
- Never promise or suggest profits or returns, and never present ForecastsPro as financial advice. ForecastsPro is software, and crypto trading can lose money.
- No spam: no unsolicited emails or messages, no fake reviews, no misleading claims.
- Don’t bid on “ForecastsPro” or similar words in search or social ads, or use our name in a domain or an account name, and don’t present yourself as us.
- Follow the laws and platform rules that apply to you, including the advertising rules where you share your link.
If you break these rules, we may withhold the commission on the sales concerned and end your participation.
6. Changes and ending
We may change these terms, pause or end the program, or end your participation, by telling you by email at least 14 days before, or at once if you break section 5. Commissions earned before the change or the end are paid under the terms that applied when the sale was made. You can leave at any time by emailing us.
7. Your data
We use your name, email address, the link where you share ForecastsPro and your payout wallet only to run the program and pay you. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
8. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and the courts of Beirut, Lebanon, have jurisdiction over disputes about them. Questions: [email protected]. We answer every support email within 48 hours.
